Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before, during, and after a water damage emergency.
How fast can you respond to an emergency?+
We aim to have a certified technician on-site within 60 minutes anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you work with my insurance company?+
Yes. We work directly with all major carriers, document the loss thoroughly, and bill your insurance directly when approved.
How long does water damage restoration take?+
Most residential jobs complete drying in 3-5 days. Total restoration including repairs can take 1-3 weeks depending on scope.
Can wet drywall be saved?+
Sometimes. If caught early and the water is clean (Category 1), drywall can often be dried in place. Contaminated water usually requires removal.
How do I prevent mold after water damage?+
Fast, thorough drying is the single most important factor. Mold typically starts growing within 24-48 hours of a water event.
Do you handle sewage backups?+
Yes. Sewage is Category-3 (black) water and requires certified biohazard protocols. Our crews are trained and equipped for it.
Will my carpet need to be replaced?+
Not always. Clean-water losses caught early can often be dried in place with pad replacement. Sewage or long-standing water usually requires full replacement.
What areas do you serve?+
Azusa, Covina, Glendora, West Covina, Duarte, Monrovia, Arcadia, and most of the San Gabriel Valley. See our Service Areas page for the full list.
How much does water damage restoration cost?+
It depends on the size, water category, and materials affected. We provide detailed estimates and work with your insurance to control your out-of-pocket cost.
Are you licensed and certified?+
Yes. We are IICRC-certified in water damage restoration and applied structural drying, and fully licensed and insured in California.
